Internet is free throughout the house.
Pets
We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs. We charge € 22 per day/dog without food, of which € 5 is donated to the Haus der Tiere in Maurach. Please register your dog in advance. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room or on the furniture (box spring bed, couch).
In the Achensee region, too, dogs are generally to be kept on a leash. Dogs also need a muzzle on public transport. Dog feces must be removed by the dog owner.
What is the difference between the Achensee Card and the Achensee Erlebniscard?
Every guest receives the Achensee Card (=guest card) Discount:
- Regional bus
- trail fee
- Discounts for the steam cog railway
- ship trip
- mountain railways and museums
The Achensee Erlebniscard (valid from May to October) is chargeable and includes:
- Regional bus
- steam cog railway
- boat trips
- mountain railways
- Museums

Parking
Our free hotel parking spaces are located behind the hotel.
Cancellation policy
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.
Child discounts when sharing a room with parents
- Up to 3 years old: free
- From 3 to 10 years old: 50 %
- From 10 to 15 years old: 25 %
Child discounts in family rooms and suites: 30 % for children up to 15 years old. 20 % for a third person sharing a room with two full-paying guests.
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, rooms are available from approximately 3.00 pm. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by approximately 11.00 am. Our reception is staffed from 7.00 am to 8.00 pm. If you are arriving after 10.00 pm, please let us know by calling +43 (0)5243 / 20302.
